re has been lots of excitement around Numis Network lately. The company and its distributors make a excellent case for why numismatic coins themselves are a legitimate product. However, the question is, can you establish a long term residual income with Numis Network? I would say that is precarious at best.
Numis Network is not the same thing as all the gold and silver companies that haven't made ie Gold Unlimited and American Gold Eagle. They are not pitching another iteration of U.S. currency.
However, poking around on a few websites can guide to a lower cost. The price of Numis Network coins is a morsel on the tall side but about all within what the mart asks. The mean price of a 2010 MS70, which Numis Network sells for $99, is a coarse mean of $93 online. They are selling a small margin product namely can be bought elsewhere for a lower price.
There is a bigger issue. The pay plan has to be based on something else since there is not a decent margin on these coins. The Fast Track Collector's Kit serves as the traffic to generate commissions. Do non-distributors find this kit of anyone value? Is this a legitimate stand solo item?
The kit contains:
A coin circumstance that can be accustom to carry, defend and exhibit your coin collection. Numis attempts them for $59.99 and can be found by retail for approximately $60. You too get a MS70 Silver American Eagle that has a value elsewhere around $80-$100. A exercising system that teaches about the manufacture of numismatic coins. However [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a quick google search can ascertain some valuable training for free. At final, you also become a member of the silver coin of the month club.
The coin collecting chapter of Numis is cool. The MLM business part [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however, is different question. The business is based on selling an overpriced starter kit that is only in existence to generate commissions. The legality of Numis Network rests in the motive of buying these kits. Are people buying these for they want it and would have bought it anyway even if there were no chance to make money for a distributor? Or, are they buying these kits because they are part of the $495 to become an administrative distributor?
Some products and services [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not material how valuable, fair aren't a fit for MLM. Because the coins have a small margin they don't increase many to the disburse arrange. To compensate, Numis Network came up with the $325 Fast Track Kit. That seems to be how they can afford the average payout of $200.
It becomes very difficult to create a long term residual income while the primary source of income is generated from a one-time transaction. There must be an ongoing private recruitment of new customers and distributors. It's favor selling any other non-consumable product in MLM…it just doesn't work. Yes, there is the 6 bucks from every monthly coin sale that is paid from the bin plan. This is because Numis Network is buying the coins on the low-end and selling them on the high end.
An issue that I'm not even working to touch is the preposterous investment claims that some Numis Network distributors make. Although the corporation is doing a decent job offering to rein this in they have their hands full. This is a subject for one plenary current post.
Will a lawyer ever answer the merit of the $325 kit and the motive because purchasing it? If so, what will be base? I assume only time ambition differentiate yet it certainly raises a ruddy flag.
For coin collectors, Numis Network may be a great company to aline yourself with. However, if you are looking to create a long term residual income it is imperative for you to do your homework and to respond some questions for yourself.
